Aside from acting, Paul Baxley also directed two episodes of T.H.E. Cat and two episodes of The Dukes of Hazzard. But most notable is his stunt work. He’s been Stunt Double for Marlon Brando in “The Godfather,” William Shatner in Star Trek, Darren McGavan in Kolchak: The Night Stalker, and many others. He was also a Stunt Coordinator throughout his career in movies and television. He was father to Stunt Coordinator/Director Craig R. Baxley and uncle to Stuntman/Stunt Coordinator Gary Baxley.[1]
