Terrence de Marney began his acting carerre at age 15 as Jim Hawkins in a London theatrical production of "treasure Island." By the age of 19, he was already an accomplished playwright and producer and by 1931 was also directing plays and began appearing in several movies. After one of his plays flopped in 1953, he left London for Hollywood where he appeared in many movies and television series, most notably in the recurring role as Case Thomas in Johnny Ringo. He returned to London in 1962 where he continued to appear in British film and television. he died tragically when he fell under a subway train at the Kensington High Street Station in 1971.[1]
