Barber at the Bella Union Hotel in King City,[1] Kansas[2], in 1872.[1] (March 23, 1828 – September 14, 1901)[2]
A very accommodating and service-oriented man, the barber informed Bart Maverick in August of 1872 of the preponderance of gambling opportunities in King City, including Rufus Elgree's very exclusive nightly poker games on the hotel's second floor.[1]
