Cold Creek Diggings
Gold mine in Deadwood Gulch[1] in 1877.[2]
In April of 1877,[2] the miners of Cold Creek Diggings put together $3,000 in gold dust to bet on a boxing match between one of their own, Red McClintock, against Tony Cadiz's Battling Kreuger at the Golden Nugget Saloon in Deadwood. .[1]
