According to Molly Gleason, Mrs. davis hated the sight of a man unless he was a doctor. When Bret Maverick offered to walk Molly home, made the excuse that she was going to visit Mrs. Davis, when she was actually secretly meet Ralph Jordan to discuss their conspiracy.[1]
