Squarerigger Hotel

Hotel on San Francisco's Barbary Coast[1] in 1871.[2]

In 1871, a crew member of the Currency Lass,[2] posing as Jerome Braus of the Flying Scud, was living at the Squarerigger Hotel.[1] In December,[2] Bart Maverick bribed Jamie Craven for information leading him to any crew of the Flying Scud. Craven gave Bart the name of Jerome Braus and his address. Bart went to the Squarerigger Hotel to gain insight into the secret of the Flying Scud but when no one answered his knock at the hotel door, he entered on his own. As he looked around the room, Paul Carthew sneaked up behind him and knocked him out.[1]
