Stampede: n April of 1877,[2] just before Bret Maverick stepped up to her table at the Golden Nugget Saloon in Deadwood, Dakota Territory, Coral Stacey was dealing blackjack to a miner who checked his hand and announced he was standing. Coral dealt her next card and won the hand.[3]
