Housekeeper at the Ferris Ranch in Dry Springs, Arizona Territory, in 1877.[1] (October 20, 1787 – December 7, 1887)[2]

A Mexican woman, hired when she was in her mid-80s by Jedd and Martha Ferris to help Martha tend the ranch house when they established their ranch in 1872.[2]

Shortly after midnight on December 10, 1877,[2] Bret Maverick came to the Ferris ranch house to tell Martha Ferris about Whitey Brandon on the run for the Mexican border and how, with the help of Ben Maxwell, he may be able to capture him and prove her husband Jedd's innocence of an 1872 bank robbery and murder. When Martha invited Bret in, she sent Teresa to make them coffee.[1]
